Terms of Service

Quotes

All quotes are free and fixed at the price given before work begins. If we discover additional damage during a clean, we will discuss it with you and agree any extra cost before proceeding — you are never charged for work you did not approve.

Bookings and access

Please ensure we have access to all sides of the property on the agreed date, including unlocked side gates. If we cannot gain access, we will rearrange the appointment at no charge.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and cash.

Guarantee

If any aspect of our cleaning work is not to your satisfaction, tell us within 7 days and we will return to put it right at no charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel or rearrange a booking at any time up to 24 hours before the appointment without charge.
